Amazing illusion art

Kia ora bloggers. In Te Ngahere the year 6’s have been making art that looks illusional. The first piece of illusional art we did looked like you were going to get sucked into a spinning spiral. This art was really fun to make. First we had to get an A3 piece of paper and draw  6 straight intersecting lines that went to the edge. Then in every second triangle you had to draw up curves and on all the other triangles you do down curves. Then you had to go over all the lines carefully in vivid. After you have done that you pick two different colors. With one color you colored in  every second line in up curves and a different color on every second line of the down curves. Then you shade in every other line of the up curves with the same color so it looked like the shadow, then you had to do the same with the down curves two. Have you ever done any illusional art?
